If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."
2. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
3. How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the type of payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed.
4. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.
5. Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
6. Why can't I order a digital version of the class photo?
Class/Group photos are only available in printed form and can not be purchased as a digital copy. Like all photographers, we were having to many issue with illegal downloads. Example being people were finding a way for one person to buy the class photo and share with other families for free so they wouldn't have to purchase it themselves. Unfortunatly, thats the only way to fix that issue.
7. What is included in the download all package?
When ordering the "Download all" images, they only include the individual images in that one access code. They do NOT include group images
8. What happens if I lose my pink QR Card with my childs private access code on it?
As a safety precaution, access codes can NOT be given over the phone if you lose your pink QR card. Safety is our number one priority, and we don't want any images of children ending up in the wrong hands.
You have two options:
1. You can schedule an appointment at the Portrait Reflections studio and bring your ID. We will have to verify you with the paperwork the school gave us. You must be listed as the parent before we can authorize the access code.
2. The director of your school will have the only other copy with the access codes.
